This section outlines NVIRP's Connections Program, which is aimed at consolidating irrigation supply point connections and connecting the majority of irrigators within the Goulburn-Murray Irrigation District to a modernised main system of irrigation channels or 'backbone'.

This section also describes modernisation works being completed by NVIRP within each region of the Goulburn-Murray Irrigation District: Central Goulburn, Murray Valley, Pyramid-Boort, Rochester-Campaspe, Shepparton and Torrumbarry.
